burgHot N’ Spicy Beef Burgers – This Spanish spiced beef burger recipe has an unmistakable fiery flavor, that is quite delicious. Chopped jalapenos and aromatic cumin are mixed into the raw ground beef, before grilling, then topped with some shredded Monterey Jack Cheese. Quick, easy, and delicious, you are going to love this grilled hamburger recipe.

Ingredients to make Hot N’ Spicy Beef Burgers

1 lb Ground Beef, Lean
1 1/2 ts Jalapeno Peppers , chopped
1/2 ts Ground Cumin
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 c Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
4 sl Tomato
4 ea Hamburger Buns

Directions to make Hot N’ Spicy Beef Burgers

Step 1:Combine ground beef, jalapeno peppers, cumin, salt and pepper; mix lightly but thoroughly. Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions; shape into 1/2 inch thick patties, 4 inches in diameter.
Step 2:Place patties on grid over medium coals. grill 7 to 9 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese on each burger 1 minute before end of cooking time.
Step 3:Place tomato slice on bun bottom; top each with grilled burger and cover with roll top.
Step 4:To check temperature, cautiously hold hand about 4 inches above coals, Medium coals will force removal of hand in 4 seconds.
